We aim to get all orders sent within 2 working days of the order being placed and paid for. Once in the postal system it will take 5 working days to be delivered. All lead times are stipulated in each item’s description, and this may add on extra time for a delivery.

Each parcel is sent with Postnet or The Courier Guy. You will be provided with a tracking number to ensure the safe delivery of all parcels.

Our products are based on herbs, botanical extracts and other natural herbal ingredients. A proudly certified herbal medicine manufacturer and registered with the Ethnomedicine Practitioners Association of South Africa and a signatory to the EPASA code of ethics.

South African customers have the option to pay online or by means of EFT. Always use your name and surname as a reference.

Your order will be dispatched within two working days of receipt of payment. We make use of the services of Postnet and The courier guy to send orders. We will email you the shipping details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched, which you will be able to track.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us. If it is still in the condition we sent it to you we will refund you on your purchase plus initial shipping costs. You will however be responsible for the return shipping costs.
